Hello and greetings to all. Life In A Northern Town is groovy these days. We have been peeling logs and having lots of fun and we have had many other things to do as well. Wed. we had the Elders over on their P-Day and played cards and had a wonderful time. We also got rid of some of our logs to a family in our Branch who will use them for the Scouts for their camp outs. I also went visiting teaching this week as well. What a fun week.
Roman went to the Doc. because he had a cold and had to be put on a Z-Pack so to get rid of the cold. Oh how fun that was. Don't you just love side affects? :( I am glad that he is better now. I am glad that I have not gotten any sicknesses this year that have drug me down. That is do to me being careful who I am around that is sick. We are getting some warmer weather out here and am grateful for that. We will be getting more logs in some time in the next two weeks so we can get back to peeling as we only have about ten or so logs left. It will be good for us to get to peel more as summer is coming upon us. Well hope all of you have a Smiley Day:)

Tough Times
What a life we lead when you think that you have been out to dry you find that everything is upside down and sideways. I feel sorry for all who have lost there jobs and who have to get by on unemployment and and some don't even get that chance to get that and have to rely on family and friends. I am feeling the crunch of all that is going on as well as some of you who have lost your jobs and have to start over. We all have to start over at the bottom even when we have the skills to be out at top. Please bear in mind that this is a challenge and will take time to get through it. I am in dead grateful that we have people out there who have been where we are at and that we are not alone and that our Heavenly Father is also there for us in our time of need. we also have the Gospel of Jesus Christ to guide us in our path and that with much prayer and fasting we can find a job and make life a little bit better for our family. I wish all luck and will I pray for all in there time of need. Take it easy and SMILE OFTEN:)

Health
Well as life takes us in new directions we are grateful for the Doc.'s that have been able to help us out on all levels of health care. Saturday May 2ND we had the opportunity to go to a diabetic health fair and learn more about the illness. We even had a breakfast that was provided by the clinic. I am grateful that we have a great Diabetic Center here in Roseau Mn and that we can get such great care. Roman had to get a shot in his left shoulder and is now recovering from the pain. I do hope that it gets better. We send our love out to all the mothers in our family with Mother's Day coming up and hope that it is a great one for all. SMILE IS COULD BE WORSE! :)
